The new Brew & Bake café is open to visitors opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
The focus of the Brew & Bake menu is on a tasty and nutritious, high-quality, sustainable food and drinks, with all items either freshly made on site or sourced from quality local suppliers.

The app enables customers to pre-order and pay for food and drink and then collect from the cafe at a specified time. The app also has a built-in points-based customer loyalty scheme that rewards regular customers with discounts on food and drink in Brew & Bake.

Installation
The App can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play. The first thing you need to do when the App is installed is to create an account by pressing on 'Account' and filling in the required personal information.
Ordering
To begin the ordering process press 'Order'. You will then be taken to a screen which provides you with a reminder about food allergens. To start the ordering process press 'I'll Collect'. Currently we are only providing a click and collect service but in future we hope to provide a delivery function.
Menus
You will be taken to a menu screen with all the available options and prices. Please note the breakfast items can only be ordered 8.00am to 11.00am. You can either scroll down the menu or press on the headings at the top, such as 'Homemade Sandwiches', to take you directly to the items you wish to order.
To order an item simply press 'Add Item'. For some items you will be taken to another page and provided with an option to select. For example, with coffees you will be asked what kind of milk you want. When you have made a selection press 'Finish'. You then have the option of typing in any special requirements, such as '2 x sugar' or 'warm milk with my Americano'. Please then press 'Submit'.
When you order an item there will be a running spend at the bottom of the page. When you have made all your selections simply press on 'View Your Order'. This takes you to a screen to review your order, where you can remove items if necessary.
Checkout
Pressing 'Go to Checkout' takes you to a screen that allows you to:
- Identify your order collection time
- Add additional notes to your order
- Apply any customer loyalty discounts you may have
- Manage how you want to be updated on your order - email or text
- Agree to t's & c's, privacy and data use policy
Payment
Press 'Proceed to Payment' and then select 'Payment by Card'. You will be taken to the payment screen where you enter your payment details. You will then receive notification of your order by your preferred method of email or text message. Please note we will contact you by email or text message if there are any issues with your order, e.g. if your order is running late.
Collection
Finally, at the pre-arranged collection time come along to Brew & Bake to pick up your order without having to queue.
